Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bliss Welness, we are committed to delivering a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every customer.

As prepaid orders involve payment gateway, banking, and platform transaction charges, we request that customers place orders carefully before confirming payment

All our shipments undergo thorough inspection and quality checks by our team before dispatch. If you receive the wrong product(s) or an incorrect quantity, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product (s). 

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. In such cases, customers can choose either:

*Store Credit of the full order value, redeemable on future purchases.

OR

*Refund to the original payment method after deduction of applicable payment gateway, banking, and transaction processing charges.

Store Credit Benefits

*Valid for future purchases on Bliss Welness within 3 months of issuance.

*Easy to redeem during checkout.

*Helps ensure faster resolution without banking delays.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

If the shipment is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, applicable shipping, return shipping, and payment processing charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delivery Rescheduling Support 

If you are unavailable on the expected delivery date, we are happy to assist with:

*Delivery Rescheduling.

*Alternate delivery date coordination.

* Change of delivery address before dispatch. 

Damaged/Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing videos.

Eligible cases will receive:

Replacement

OR 

Full Refund/store credit as applicable.

Delivery Timeline for Remote & Long - Distance.

Due to logistics and transportation limitations, deliveries to certain remote, long- distance, hilly, rural, island, or geographically isolated regions may require additional transit time. These include parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Northeast states, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kerala interiors, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and certain rural areas of Rajasthan, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh.

For these locations, standard delivery may take 5-7 business days or longer, depending on courier availability and surface/air transport connectivity.

Even with priority or expedited shipping, deliveries to these regions may still take approximately 4-5 business days due to operational and routing limitations.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we always try our best to ensure the timely delivery of every order. 

Refund Processing Timeline

Once the refund is initiated from our end, the amount may take an additional 5–7 business working days to reflect in the original payment account, depending on the banking/payment provider timeline

Banking processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

Important Note

Bliss Welness reserves the right to review cancellation/refund requests in cases of repeated misuse, excessive cancellations, or suspicious activity.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

When you notify us, please make sure to send us the unboxing video and images of the damage as proof. We will investigate the same on our end.

  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product(s) or incorrect quantity due to our error, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product.

If you have notified us within 24 hours of receiving the product that you wish to return, after thorough investigation at our end, we shall consider the case.

Unacceptable Reasons for Return:

  • If you notify us of a return after 24 hours of receiving the product(s).
  • If the product you wish to return is already opened, tampered with, the seal broken, or used.
  • If you are returning products for any reason apart from a manufacturing defect of the product.

In all three events mentioned above under ‘Unacceptable reason for Return’, we will be unable to accept the product as a return and will not be able to extend any amount as a refund to you.

Before making any returns, you are required to contact us by email or phone and give us the reason for your return, your credentials, the invoice, and your order number. Upon receiving these details and a quality check at our end, we shall notify you if your return request has been accepted.

  • Contact us via email or phone to initiate a return. Provide your reason for return, order details, and invoice.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging & sealed.

If someone other than you uses your login ID/password to sign in and place an order, or if unauthorized access to your card details results in an order on our site, we cannot be held liable for any charges to your card. However, in cases of fraud, we will support you in coordinating with relevant authorities to address the issue.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

¡       The product returned shows noticeable damage or tampering.

¡       The shipping address provided during ordering is incorrect.

¡       You have consumed part of the product before deciding to return it.

¡       You fail to comply with the stated returns policy.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

The product you ordered is out of stock.*

The shipping address is not within our serviceable area.*

You adhere to our returns policy.

You have inadvertently made a duplicate payment for a single order.
